Ensures the functioning of the geological exploration quality system (QA/QC). Organizes systematic control of work performed, analyzes errors and takes measures to eliminate them.

Responsible for material and technical supply, organization of technological and production processes. Supervises tender procedures and the commercial unit. The permanent coordinator of the works in the Norilsk industrial region and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
